- 500g codfish
- Salt
- V2 lemon
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Steps for cooking
- 1. Preheat the jet fryer to 180°C. Score the surface of the codfish at 1cm intervals. Marinade the codfish in the seasonings with salt, pepper, lemon and olive oil) for 20 minutes. Place the codfish into the air fryer and set the timer for 10-12 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 150°C and cook for another 10 minutes to finish.
